What We Do Best
Performance Therapy sessions are a no-holds bars treatment session. It is completely 1-on-1 for 60 minutes and customized to your needs and goals. Whether you are experiencing pain, having joint stiffness, have a movement dysfunction or looking to return to sport, performance therapy is for you.
Your first visit consists of a PEAK performance therapy evaluation which is a global assessment of your body’s movement patterns. Our focus is on addressing weak links in your biomechanics and creating symmetry throughout. Your experience is unique in that it is not just fixated on a problem or specific pain but addresses the cause of your global movement dysfunction. PEAK treatments are based off of how you present and how you move at each session, tailor-made toward your ultimate goal.
We know that it is impossible to see progress in performance and sport without having sound, efficient and foundational movement estabilished first. This is what we will achieve and build upon.
Take your performance to the next level, bridging the gap between phyiscal therapy and strength and conditioning, reaching the peak of how your body moves and functions. You cannot perform your best without core foundational movements.
